摘  要:街207井是位于济阳坳陷惠民凹陷营子街断裂带第一口长裸眼评价井,钻探目的是评价营子街断裂带街斜2鼻状构造沙三上段含油气情况。根据邻井街斜2大段泥岩井段发生严重的垮塌情况,为防止街207井井漏和井壁垮塌,采用正电胶、聚合醇、高分子PAM、抗高温防塌润滑剂RS-2和双保型纳米乳液SDJ-2低密度防塌钻井液体系。该体系具有良好的稳定井壁、携砂性能和润滑性能,使用后取得了井壁稳定、防塌、提高机械钻速、减少钻井液浸泡时间等良好效果。Jie - 207 well is the first long open hole evaluation well in Yingzijie facture zone of Huimin sag in Jinyang depression. The aim of drilling is to evaluate Upper Sha3 segment oil and gas content condition in Jinyang depression Huimin sag Yingzijie facture zone slope 2 nose structure. According to serious sloughing happened in neighbour well slope 2 shale rock, we applied MMH, polymeric alcohol, high polymer PAM, high temperature anti -sloughing lubricating agent RS- 2 and binary protect nano emulsion SDJ - 2 low density anti - sloughing drilling system to prevent Jie 207 well loss and hole collapse. This system has stable sidewall, sand carrying and lubricating performance, which has good effect of stable sidewall, anti- sloughing, improving penetration rate and decreasing drilling fluid soaking time.
