孕妇妊娠期心血管系统主要指标变化趋势的定量分析

摘　　要：观察１０３５例不同孕月正常孕妇心血管系统主要指标的变化趋势，并以１００例非孕妇女作对照。结果显示，收缩压和舒张压均呈较典型的减速下降后又增速上升的抛物线变化趋势；脉压和心率的变化趋势则完全相反。对上述变化趋势的原因作了探讨。The variational trends of the main parameters of the cardiovascular system of 1035 pregant women in different gestational periods are observed, 100 non-pregnant women as control group. The results show that both the systolic and the diastolic pressure change in a quite typical parabola form-descending deceleratively at first and ascending acceleratively later, and the variational trends of the pulse pressure and the heart rate change in the same way but in the opposite directions. The causes of the fluctuations mentioned above are discussed as well.
