摘　　要：邓小平是改革开放和现代化建设的总设计师,在长期的行政管理实践基础上形成了一套系统而完整的行政管理思想体系。通过对邓小平的行政管理理论内涵进行概括总结,形成对其行政管理思想的深入认识,更进一步人本解读邓小平的行政管理理论,理解邓小平行政管理理论的人本内涵。As a designer of reform and open door policy and modernization, Deng Xiaoping develops a system of thoughts of administration. By generalizing the connotation of Deng Xiaoping＇s theory of administration, the author tries to help us to know more about the thoughts and understand the people-oriented connotation of Deng Xiaoping＇s theory better by explaining the theory from the people-oriented aspect.
