电子政务环境下组织管理模型研究

摘　　要：电子政务是提高政府行政管理和公共服务能力的有效途径。由于电子政务是一项复杂的系统工程,因此通过对政府管理结构进行梳理和整合,探讨科学的组织管理模式将有助于电子政务的研究与建设。通过对传统政府组织管理中的岗位职能分类和结构特征分析,对电子政务环境下的政府结构和岗位特征进行了研究,提出了电子政务环境下的组织机构管理模型,希望能对电子政务的建设提供一些借鉴。E-government is the important way to enhance the administration and the public service. It is helpful to the research and construction of E-government by the analysis and integration of the structure of government and the study on the scientific pattern of management, for E-government is a kind of complex system engineering. By the diagnosis of the traditional official organization and the post classification, this thesis has a research on the characteristic of government structure and position under E-government, proposes a model on management of the organization, and offers some reference for the construction of E- government.
