摘　　要：法治,既是评价社会和谐与否的重要标准,又是和谐社会基本特征的必然要求,还是和谐社会运行机制得以建立和正常启动的重要保障。目前,中国社会中的许多不和谐现象都与法治化程度不高有关。因此,要构建社会主义和谐社会,必须进一步完善立法、推进依法行政、确保司法公正、培养现代法治意识。The rule of law is an important criterion for evaluation of social harmony and it is an inevitable requirement for other basic features of social harmony and it is an important protection for the establishment and normal activation of the operational mechanisms of harmonious society. At present, in China many disharmonious phenomena are related with the low degree of the rule of law. Therefore, in order to.build a socialist harmonious society, we must further improve legislation, promote administration according to law, ensure the fair administration of justice, and cultivate the modern consciousness of the rule of law.
