摘　　要：将肺结节病的主要ＣＴ和ＨＲＣＴ表现归纳为：１）毛玻璃样影；２）沿支气管血管束、小叶间隔和胸膜下区分布的结节状影；３）不规则索条影；４）肺结构变形、蜂窝状囊性变、牵引性支扩和肺纤维化。探讨肺结节病的ＣＴ和ＨＲＣＴ影像特征，以及其在随诊中对病变可恢复性的评价。We classify the main CT and HRCT manifestations of pulmonary sarcoidosis into the followings: 1) Ground-glass opacities; 2) Nodular opacitties along bronchovascular bundles, inte rlobular septa, and subpleural lung regions; 3) Irregular linear opacities;4) Lung distortion, honeycomb cysts, traction bronchiectasis and pulmonary fibrosis.We study the imaging features of CT and HRCT in pulmonary sarcoidosis and their assessment of lesion reversibility in the follow up of the disease.
