摘　　要：国家海上执法战略，是对国家海上执法工作全局的筹划和指导，从属于国家海洋发展战略。针对我国海上执法存在的问题，分析了我国未来海上执法的战略任务、应采取的战略方针和手段，探讨提出了我国海上执法的战略任务。In view of the problems found in China＇ s marine law enforcement, along with the strategic mission China faces and the strategic principle and means it should adopt, this paper elaborates what should be taken into account in our country＇ s marine law enforcement strategies in the future.
