摘　　要：市场化对收入分配公平具有双重影响,这种影响既有积极方面的,也有消极方面的,每一方面又有很多具体的表现及其成因。基于市场化的收入分配公平对策必须充分考虑这两方面的影响及其具体表现。一方面要不断推进市场化进程,加大市场的分配力度,强化市场化对收入分配公平的积极影响;另一方面要规范市场化进程,在市场化过程中辅以配套措施,弱化市场化对收入分配公平的消极影响。The marketability fairly has the dual influences to the division of income. These kinds of influences have both the positive and the negative sides, each aspect having many concrete performance and the origin. The countermeasure is fully based on these two aspects of the influences. On the one hand, we must advance the marketability unceasingly, enlarges the market assignment dynamics, strengthen the positive influence; on the other hand, we want the standard marketability advancement, in marketability process auxiliary by necessary measure, weaken the negative influence.
