摘　　要：目的:探讨18G安全留置针在手术室的应用中常见并发症及护理对策。方法:从不同角度观察分析252例患者留置安全留置针的并发症情况。结果:安全留置针引起的并发症,其中以静脉炎最为多见,其次是液体外渗,局部红肿、疼痛等。其发生原因与穿刺技术、药物性质以及消毒剂、体位变动有关。结论:在临床护理中应重视引起并发症的原因,采取相应有效的防范措施,以提高护理质量。Objective：To study the common complications of 18G introcan^R safety^TM-W during the operation and its nursing countermeasures.Methods：The common complications in 252 patients placed with 18G introcan^R safety^TM-W during the operation were observed and analysed from different angles.Results：The commonest one was phlebitis,Followed by liquid exudation,Redness and swelling, and ache in the local area.The reasons were related to puncture skill,drug,disinfectant and change of pasition.Conclusion：We should pay attention to the reasons which caused the complications,and take effective preventive measures to improve the nursing quality.
