碘复注射治疗肾囊肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对于单纯性肾囊肿患者．通过经皮肾囊肿穿刺碘复溶液注入治疗的追踪复查、疗效分析、碘复作用机制的研究，使本制剂在临床上推广应用．方法对４２Ｎ肾囊肿患者使用０．５％碘复溶液在Ｂ超的监测引导下进行经皮肾囊肿穿刺治疗，定期追踪复查．观察治疗效果．结果４２例肾囊肿患者经过碘复溶液的穿刺注射治疗，一年内囊肿消失３８例．３例囊肿明显缩小，１例复发．治愈率为８６％，有效率为９８％．结论０．５％碘复溶液对单纯性肾囊肿的穿刺治疗效果满意，用药后无不良反应及并发症，是一种安全可靠有效的囊肿穿刺治疗药物．Objective To probe the effects of iodophor forrenal cyst for the patients with single renal cyst,thetherapeutic effeCtS of injeCtion of iodophorpercutaneous transrenal--cyse was observed andfollowed up,so that iodophor will be widely usedin clinical treatment.Methods All 42 Patients with renal cyst hadbeen injected 0.5% iodophor Percutaneoustransrenal--cyst guided by B mode ultresonicwave.The Patients were followed up regularly.Result All 42 patients with renal cyst was injected with iodophor.The renal cyst of 38 PatientSdisappeared in a year,The cyst of 3 Patients decreased more than before,and thcyst of I patientSappeared again and the cure rate is 86%,and theeffective rate is 98 %.Conclusions Cure result are satisfied with theresult of Percutanous transrenal cd'st injectingiodophor.There aren't the bad reaction and complications.lt is a safe and valuable drug fortranSrenal--cyst.
