摘　　要：目的为初治肺结核选用合理化疗药物提供科学依据．方法采用改良罗氏培养基对Ⅲ型初治肺结核分离出的９２株结核菌做百种常用抗结核药物的药敏试验．结果９２株结核菌耐药发生率为７２．８％，耐药率依次是ＳＭ５０．０％、ＩＮＨ４４．６％、ＲＦＰ２５．０％、ＥＭＢ２１．７％、ＫＭ９．８％、ＰＡＳＳ．７％、ＣＰＭ４．３％和１３２ｌｔｈ２．２％．单耐１药和同时耐２药之和占９２株的５２．２％，耐ＨＲ２０株占２１．７％。结论Ｓ、Ｈ、Ｒ、Ｅ耐药发生率较高，初治结核病做耐药规定是必要的；耐１、２种药物的菌株比例较大．故应联合用药。Objective To provide scientific basis for selectchemical--drug in treatment of Pulmonary tuberculosis.Method Using Resenbach's culturemedium, drug 92 strains form first visitpulmonary tuberculosis type ill were performed in8 kinds of drugS which were used to treatpulmonary,tuberculosis.Rewlts The drug-- resistant rates of 92mycobacterium tuberculosis strains of first visitpulmonary tuberculosis was 72.8% alxl were inturn SM 50. 0%. INH44. 6%. RFP25. 0%.EMB21. 7%. KMg. 8%, PASS. 7%,CPM4.3%, 1321TH2.2% .The drug--resistant toboth i aam 2 -kinds of drubs was 52. 2%.drug--rmistant to both H aam R was 120 sthem21 .7%.Coecluaioes The drug-- resistufit rates toS. H. R and E are higher and the measurement ofdrug-- resistant is necessary for first visit treatedI vpulmo nary tuberculosis.The drug--nsistant sthemto 1 and 2 kinds drubs is co￣nly4' andconbined chemotherapy for first visit PUlmonary issuitable.
