摘  要:硫肟醚[O-(3-苯氧苄基)-2-甲硫基-1-(4-氯苯基)丙基酮肟醚]是我国研制成功的具有自主知识产权的一种新型杀虫剂。在室内紫外光(λ=254nm)照射下研究了3种化学物质对硫肟醚在水溶液中的光解。试验结果表明,当邻硝基氯苯、对硝基苯酚和茚三酮等有机化合物分别与硫肟醚以1∶1(体积比)的比例混合后,硫肟醚的光解速率发生了不同程度的改变,其中邻硝基氯苯和对硝基苯酚使硫肟醚的光解速率减慢,光解半衰期从22.30min分别延长到27.75min和29.45min,表现出光猝灭降解效应。而茚三酮却提高了硫肟醚的光解速率,使光解半衰期从22.30min缩短到14.38min,表现为光敏化降解效应。Effect of several chemical substances on photodegradation of novel insecticide HNPC-A9908[O-(3- phenoxybenzyl)-2-methylthio-1-(4-chlorophenyl)propyl ketone oxime] in soils was studied under the irradiation of ultraviolet light (λ=254 nm) in the laboratory. Experimental results showed that photodegradation rate of HNPC- A9908 varied when the insecticide HNPC-A9908 was combined with the three kinds of chemical substances such as m-nitrobenzenel chloride, p-nitrophenol and ninhydrin at 1:1 ratio(by vol), respectively. The organic chemical mnitrobenzenel chloride and p-nitrophenol made photodegradation half-life of HNPC-A9908 extend from 22.3 to 27.75 min and 29.45 rain, respectively, showing a photoextinction effect, and ninhydrin exhibited a photosensitization effect that changed from the half-life of 22.3 min into 14.38 min.
