摘  要:不同生物碱处理,对菜青虫的生长发育构成显著影响。延胡索、北乌头生物碱处理可使菜青虫提前化蛹,蛹态畸形;延胡索、北乌头、天南星生物碱处理,48h后菜青虫拒食率在90%以上,延胡索处理拒食率最高为99.87%:对蚜虫杀虫活性较高的处理为北乌头、藜芦生物碱处理,北乌头生物碱处理48h后的校正死亡率高达92.41%。Seven different alkaloids were used to test the toxicities effect against the larvae of Pieris rapae.The deal with of alkaloid of Corydalis ambigua Schleeht. var. araurensis Maim. and Aconitum kusnezoffii can make the Pieris rapae ahead pupation, but the pupation was abnormality, however. The antifeeding rates of pieris rapae was more than 90% after 48 hours in the deal with of alkaloid of C. ambigua Schleeht. var. amurensis Maim., A. kusnezoffii Reichb., Arisaema amurense Maxim. The deal with of C. ambigua Schleeht. var. amurensis Maim. had the highest antifeeding rates was 99.87%; The higher of insecticidal activity of aphides were A. kusnezoffii and Veratrine dahuricum, The correct death rate were 92.41% after 48 h to aphides in deal with alkaloid ofA. kusnezoffii.
