摘 要:目的:研究海风藤酮对大鼠肝脏缺血的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用肝脏部分缺血模型,观察大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤,以及预防性应用海风藤酮时肝脏胆汁流量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清酶学改变。结果:海风藤酮预防组与对照组相比,肝脏胆汁流量、MDA含量、血清酶学变化均显著减低(P<0.01)。结论:血小板激活因子(PAF)可能通过某种机制产生毒性自由基,在肝脏缺血过程中起重要作用;Objective :To study the effects of kadsurenone in ischemiainduced liver injury in rats.Method :A partial liver ischemia mode was used and the samples were taken at the end of one hour after reperfusion.The bile flow,levels of malondiadehyde(MDA) and serum enzymes of the ischemic lobes were compared in rats with and without administration of kadsurenone.Results :After administration of kadsurenone,the levels of serum enzymes,hepatic tissue MDA and bile flow were significantly lower than those of untreatment groups( P <0.01).Conclusions :The platelet activating factor plays an important role in liver ischemia and that its deleterious effects can be blocked by kadsurenone.
