摘　　要：利用PHILIPS公司的USB控制器ISP1161结合微控制器MSP430完成电路板的设计,利用此板可以使新出现的USB接口的外部设备使用在没有USB总线或USB总线不足的机器上提高工作效率。Connecting USB device to ISA bus can extend the limitation of the computers. The design of connect circuit is expediently done by MSP430F149 and ISP1161. Providing a way explanting the technology of interface design to ISA bus for those who are familiar with ISA cards design and working in industrial measurement and control fields.
