摘　　要：简要介绍了智能卡操作系统的基本组成和分层结构,重点分析智能卡文件系统的结构类型,设计并实现了链表式文件体系结构,并对各种文件系统的特点进行了比较,得出新文件系统具有更高的可靠性和实用性这一结论。This paper first introduces simply the basic components and hierarchy of the smart card operating system, and then analyzes some types of file system used by chip operating system （COS）. The author designs and implements a linked list based file system architecture and compared it with the other ones, finally gets the conclusion that this new fi]e system is more reliable and usable.
