摘　　要：目的探讨同伴教育对维吾尔族和汉族肥胖小学生进行干预的方法和效果。方法采用同伴教育的干预方法。结果通过同伴教育对肥胖学生讲述肥胖的危害、引起肥胖的危险因素、如何纠正不良行为和生活习惯以及预防肥胖的知识等,提高肥胖学生对肥胖的认知率。结论在小学生中用同伴教育的方式开展肥胖干预,是现实可行的方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect on peer among Uygur and Han obese pupils, and to provide a kind of prevention measure in primary sehool. Methods The intervention of peer education was carried out. Results The rate of obesity awareness was improved after peer education by telling obese pupils about obesity harm, caused factors, how to correct bad behavior and habits and how to prevent obesity and so on. Conclusions It is feasible and effective to conduct peer education among obese pupils.
