摘　　要：为了进一步地提高传统印花印制效果,避免莫尔花纹现象,针对传统印花技术的特点,提出了一种全新的加网技术。该网屏借鉴了调频和调幅两种加网的特性,能够满足印花行业特定工艺的需要,网点又无规律分散分布,从而克服了印制云纹图案时容易产生龟纹的现象。To further enhance the printing results of traditional printing and avoid moire patterns phenomenon, aiming at the characteristics of traditional printing technology, a new digital screening technology has been proposed. The screening refer to the characteristics of amplitude modulated halftoning and frequency modulated hafttoning. It could meet the specific technology needs, and its dots are random. The technology has solved moire patterns phenomenon when printing gradient pattern.
