摘 要:基于变压器耦合式固态桥式短路限流器和带旁路电感的变压器耦合式固态桥式短路限流器的基本工作原理和技术特点,通过对其拓扑结构的控制策略和对系统影响的谐波分析和经济成本进行了比较,得出了带旁路电感的变压器耦合式三相固态桥式短路限流器在现阶段有一定的优势的结论。同时提出在固态限流器研究应用中所遇到和亟需解决的问题,展望了其应用前景。Based on the basic principles of work and the technical characteristic of the transformer coupling solid state fault current limiter and the transformer coupling solid state fault current limiter with bypass inductance, the paper has carried on the comparison to its topology control strategy and to the system influence harmonic analysis and the economic cost, obtained the conclusion of the transformer coupling solid state fault current limiter with bypass inductance to have the certain superiority. At the same time proposed in studies in the application to the solid state fault current limiter to meet with the question which must be solved urgently, has foreseen its application perspective.
