摘 要:基于潮流组成分析原理,提出了一种适用于电力中心交易市场模式的阻塞费用分摊新方法,其依据阻塞线路的潮流组成,结合线路阻塞的严重程度,按比例将全网的阻塞费用分摊给各阻塞线路。对阻塞线路i,电力交易中心以一定比例将该线路的阻塞费用分摊到发电侧和负荷侧。然后,在发电侧,根据各发电机对阻塞线路的贡献因子矩阵KlG将阻塞费用分摊给各发电机。在用户侧,根据各负荷对阻塞线路功率的汲取因子矩阵KlL将阻塞费用分摊给各负荷,从而实现了公平合理分摊阻塞费用的目标。6节点的算例表明,该方法是合理可行的。Based on power flow tracing theory,a novel methodology of congestion cost allocation is proposed in this paper which is fit for deregulation environment. Considering the congestion severity of each line, congestion cost is allocated to individual lines according to the whole network power flow distribution. For congestion line i,the congestion cost is shared by generation side and consumer side. At the generation side, individual generators are responsible for the cost according to the contribution factor matrix Ktc, which represents the contribution of generators to the congestion line flow. Similarly ,it is dealt with according to the extraction factor matrix KIL.at the consumer side. A 6-bus power system is employed to prove the feasibility of the proposed method.
