摘　　要：本文通过分析行业协会的地位和作用以及政府、市场和行业协会之间的关系,阐释了渔业行业协会在我国渔业管理中的地位和作用,并针对我国渔业行业协会的发展现状和存在的问题,提出了促进我国渔业行业协会发展的几点建议。Based on the analysis of the status and the function of Business Association and relation between government, market and Business Association, the author introduces the status and function of Fisheries Association in the fishery management of China. Furthermore, as to the status of development and the current problem of Fisheries Association, some suggestions of promoting the Fisheries Association in China are put forward.
