摘 要:我国煤炭占能源消费总量的65.6%,其污染已成为重大环境问题,鉴于环保要求,对于4t·h^-1以下的燃煤锅炉均强制性退役或者改用环保、清洁燃料。木质颗粒燃料是首选.木质颗粒燃料的单位能量价格比天然气、燃料油、煤炭分别降低56.42%、72.61%、8.29%,替代燃煤后,减少燃煤热损失10%~15%,锅炉排烟温度可降低80~100℃,热效率提高6~10%,运行直接效益比原燃煤节省21.08%,而且还有间接的环保效益。Coal consumption in China occupies 65. 6% of the country's total consumption of energy resources and its pollution has become a great environmental problem. To meet the environmental protection demands, those coal boilers under 4 t · h^-2 should be compulsively persuaded to retirement or to burning clean fuel wood-pellet fuel is the best choice. The price of wood-pellet fuel per unit energy is respectively 56.42%, 72.61% and 8.29% lower than that of natural gas, fuel oil and coal. When coal is replaced by wood-pellets, the heat loss will be decreased by 10-15%, the boiler smoke-puffing temperature may go down by 80-100℃, the heat efficacy is lifted by 6%-10% and the immediate benefit of operation is saved by 21.08%, not to mention indirect environmental protection benefits.
