摘  要:软磁铁氧体材料的本征特性,通常用闭合磁路的标准样环测量确定。而实际应用的磁心形状各异,尺寸大小不同,与此密切相关的涡流损耗、谐波失真(THD)、频率特性等数据往往同标环大相径庭。国际电工委员会新公布的测量标准IEC62044-2(2005年3月)指出,不可以环形结果代表磁心,但可以在这种磁心中心打孔作为环形来测试。本文依据基本磁路定律,导出了单只与配对磁心稳定性参数间的定量关系,并立足于穿心绕线测量的试验事实,确定了单只抽测方法的合理性与可靠性,从而保证了测量数据更符合整机使用实际。The intrinsic properties of soft ferrite materials are usually identified by measurement on standard rings with closed magnetic circuit. However, the data such as eddy current loss, total harmonic distortion (THD) and frequency properties of the practical magnetic cores are quite different from the standard rings due to the difference of the shapes and sizes. According to the latest standard of the IEC (IEC62044-2, March, 2005), the results of the rings can't represent that of cores, unless the cores are drilled in the center, in this article, we derived the quantitative relationship of the stability parameter between separate cores and paired cores, according to the fundamental magnetic circuit law. The reasonability and reliability of the method that separate cores are randomly checked have been confirmed by the experiments on the drilled cores, and this should ensure the experiment data complying with practice.
