摘  要:为了研究带缝钢筋混凝土空心剪力墙结构房屋的抗震性能,对一幢按1/3缩尺比例建造的六层模型房屋进行了不同峰值加速度地震波作用下的拟动力试验和低周反复水平荷载作用下的拟静力试验,获得了模型房屋从加荷到破坏的全部试验参数,分析了模型房屋的动力特性变化规律、破坏机理及抗震性能.试验研究结果表明:带缝钢筋混凝土空心剪力墙结构当设计合理时,结构各构件的屈服顺序是:首先部分连梁端部纵筋屈服、再是底部墙端暗柱外层钢筋屈服、再是缝侧暗柱下(上)截面纵筋屈服,最后缝间墙部分分布筋屈服.这种屈服顺序使结构延性和耗能性能显著提高.论文对此种结构房屋的抗震性能作出评价.In order to study the seismic behavior of hollow R. C shear wall model building with seams,the pseudo-dynamic and pseudo-static under low-cycle and reverse horizontal loading test on the 1/3 scale model six-storey building were conducted. All test parameters including loading and failure were obtained. The dynamic property, the seismic behavior as well as the failure mechanism on the model building were analysed. The result of experimental study proved that, where R. C hollow shear wall with seams structure is designed reasonably,the quelding of the structural parks would follow such a cequenee as: the outer steel bars of the end blind eolumm first, the sfeel bars of blind end column of the seam side second, and the distributive bars last. This yielding sequence may raise the ductility and capacity of energy consumption. The seismic behavor of this building is evaluated.
