摘　　要：我国现行土地征用制度始于计划经济时代,虽然经历了几次调整但总体上保留了计划经济时期的土地征用的基本思想,已经越来越不适应市场经济发展的要求。由土地征用所引起的矛盾已经越来越成为社会关注的焦点,改革农村土地征用制度也已经成为深化农村经济体制改革的一项重要内容。The current institution of Land Requisition in China began at the planned economy era. Although the institution experienced several adjustments, it remains the essence of planned economy and becomes more and more unsuitable to the current market economy. Conflicts caused by compulsory purchase have become the focus of social concern. The reforms of institution of Land Requisition have been important contents of rural economic system reform.
