摘　　要：西部地区生态环境的恶化,弱化了对全国环境的生态屏障作用,应通过完善政策性金融对西部生态重建的支持作用,建立相关的政策性金融法规,对局部政策性金融机构和业务进行重组,强化政策性金融对西部生态重建的金融支持。The deterioration of west environment debase the role of zoology barrier in China, we should strengthen the support of policy-based banks for west environment restoration, establish correlative statute, recombine policybased framework and operation, strengthen the support of policy-based banks for the restoration of west environment.
