摘  要:近几年来,我国房地产业取得了快速发展,拉动国民经济稳定增长。但全国各个地区房地产发展却极不平衡,而这种不平衡发展会使房地产市场出现无序性与不公平竞争,同时也会使我国经济发展遇到各种问题。从全国房地产业的区域角度,把我国分成东部、中部和西部三大地区,从房地产投资差异、房地产供给地区差异、房地产需求地区差异、房地产就业地区差异等指标进行分析,同时提出不同区域房地产业的成因及对策建议,其目的在于为我国政府制定不同区域的房地产政策以及平衡发展东、中、西部地区经济提供依据。In recent years, the real estate industry in China has obtained rapid development and stimulated the national economy, but the real estate industry development is highly uneven in different parts of the country. This imbalanced development would cause disordered and unfair competition within real estate market, and influence the development of national economy. From a regional perspective of the national real estate, China can be divided into eastern, central and western regions. Based on the difference analysis of real estate in investment, supply regions, demand regions and employment regions, some countermeasures are proposed for the development of real estate industry. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis for government to formulate regional real estate policies and balance the economic development in eastern, central and western regions.
