摘　　要：结合西方环境安全理论,探讨造成我国环境问题的主要原因、日本的环境治理以及中日环境合作的地区化动力和合作机制。Combining western environment security theory with Sino-Japanese environment practice, this paper explains the causes of environment problems in China. The study gives an account of Japan＇ s environment management and control and probes into regional motive force and mechanism of Sino-Japanese environment cooperation.
