摘  要:在甲烷气氛中采用激光-感应复合加热法制备了碳包覆纳米铝粉。使用XRD、TEM、HRTEM对碳包覆纳米铝粉进行物相、形貌、结构分析。结果表明,制备的纳米胶囊粒径范围为8~40nm。平均粒径28nm,纳米铝粒子表面包覆了3-4层石墨碳。对碳包覆纳米铝粉的形成机理进行了讨论。Carbon-coated Aluminum nanopowders were synthesized by laser-induction complex heating method in methane atmosphere. The phases, morphology and structure were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM). The results show that the as-made Aluminum nanocapsules with size from 8 to 40nm and an average particle size of 28 nm are covered by 3~4 graphitic layers. The mechanism of formation of carbon-coated Aluminum nanopowders produced by laser-induction complex heating in methane atmosphere are discussed.
