摘　　要：在国内如火如荼地构建和谐社会的背景下,中国政府在外交上也推行了“和谐”的外交理念,而对外传播本民族文化成为该理念实施的重要方式和步骤。本文概括并分析了国际文化传播在外交领域的功能,继而侧重从和谐外交实践的角度考察中国的国际文化传播。While setting up harmonious society at home, Chinese government promotes the ＂harmony＂ diplomacy principle in diplomacy field, where spreading native culture outward becomes an important way and step of putting that principle into practice. This paper generalizes and analyses the function of international culture communication in diplomacy field, and reviews, from the perspective of harmony diplomacy practice, Chinese international culture communication.
