摘　　要：本文阐述了城市交通的发展及存在的问题,结合VB、可视化等技术的研究现状和实际应用,提出了系统的数据组织方法及设计原则,详细地介绍了软件的研发过程、体系结构及各模块的功能,并分析了系统的经济效益和应用前景．This paper expounds the development of the urban traffic and the practical problems. It proposes the data organization method and principle of design of the system, according to the research situation and the practical application about VB, visualization, and so on. It introduces detailedly the research and development process of the software, the system structure and the function of every module, and analyzes the economic benefit and the application prospect of the system.
