摘　　要：通过揭示竞技体育人文关怀的内涵,分析我国竞技体育管理缺少人文关怀产生的弊端和加强竞技体育人文关怀后的现状,强调竞技体育人文关怀的重要性．By analysing the connotation of human and cultund care, the defect in the past competitive sports, the situation of human and cultural care, we emphasize the importance of human and cultural care in competitive sports of our country.
