“江郎”何以“才尽”?

摘　　要：江淹,是我国南北朝时南朝的著名作家。在“江郎才尽”的传说中,江郎因得笔而才华横溢,妙笔生华,名声大噪,又因失笔而一夜之间才华尽失,笔不成文。不过,当我们拨开神话传说的迷雾,认真考究历史的真相,却可发现其中存在着不同而真正的根由,那就是作者人生地位的变迁和文坛潮流的变化以及持有的不同文学观点所导致的作者罢笔休作。Jiang Yah was a well-known writer in the Southern Dynasty during the Northern and Southern Dynasties. In the legend of ＂Scraping the bottom of the barrel＂, Jiang became talented on account of gaining a writing-brush,which helped to gain him reputation overnight. Later on,owing to the brush being stolen,he became talentless overnight. However, when we sweep away the fog of myths and legends,seriously study the historical truth, we have found many different but really the causes. That is,the changes of the author＇s life as well as of the literary trends resulted from the different perspectives of literary authors led to Jiang＇s giving up writing.
