摘　　要：为适应社会的发展,汉字需要进一步规范和改革。汉字规范和改革应坚持稳定性与改革性的统一、科学性和社会性的统一、长远性和临时性的统一、坚持社会通用层面和特用层面用字统一、坚持大陆和海外用字统一等原则。To meet the development of society, Chinese characters need futher standardizing and reforming.
