摘　　要：目的:归纳总结喉癌术后生活质量评定和心理行为干预方法,完善喉癌临床治疗和护理方案。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline 1982-02/2006-01关于癌症患者生活质量评估的文献,检索词“carcinoma,quality of life,laryngeal carcinoma”,限定语言种类为英文;同时计算机检索CNKI 1994-01/2006-01相关文献,检索词“癌症,生活质量,喉癌”,限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:检索与癌症患者生活质量评估的相关文献进行初审并查找全文。纳入标准:①与癌症患者生活质量评估相关文献。②与癌症患者心理行为干预、社会干预、临床干预相关文献。③针对喉癌患者治疗及生活质量相关文献。排除标准:重复研究、个案报告。资料提炼:共检索到80篇相关文献,选用其中具有代表性的16篇。分别对癌症患者生活质量评估的概念起源、发展、作用,及在相关癌症患者中的运用情况进行了探讨。资料综合:①生活质量评估:介绍了生活质量的概念、内容、历史、测评量表、应用及展望。生活质量包括:躯体功能、情绪或心理功能、社会功能、疾病本身及治疗引起的症状和体征、经济状况等。一个合格的测评生活质量量表应能反映生活的质和量、疾病和治疗方案及患者的期望对生命质量的影响、治疗的费用;还应反映生理、功能、社会情况方面的客观指标。②喉癌患者术后生活质量评估:研究表明比较完美的生活质量研究方式应该是两个结合:量(生存率分析)与质量(生活质量分析)相结合,描述性研究与分析性研究相结合。③术后的干预:包括心理行为干预、社会干预、临床干预的综合方法。结论:通过评估喉癌术后患者的生活质量,进行心理行为干预、社会干预、临床干预的综合治疗,可以减轻躯体功能障碍所造成的实际影响,改善喉功能,并有助于从经济方面改善患者生存状况,从而提高喉癌患�OBJECTIVE： To sum up postoperative quality of life and psychological and behavioral intervention on laryngeal carcinoma and ameliorate the clinical therapy and nursing scheme of laryngeal carcinoma. DATA SOURCES： The Medline database was undertaken to identify the literatures of assessment of quality of life in patients with cancer published from February 1982 to January 2006 with the key words of ＂carcinoma,quality of tife, laryngeal carcinoma＂ in English. Simultaneously, CNKI was undertaken to identify the same articles published between January 1994 and January 2006 with the key words of ＂carcinoma, quality of life, laryngeal carcinoma＂ in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION： Literatures of quality of life in patients with cancer ware selected firstly, and full-texts of them ware checked. Inclusive criteria ware those articles of： ①assessment of quality of life in patients with cancer, ②psychological and behavioral intervention, social intervention, clinical intervention in patients with cancer, and ③treat and quality of life. Exclusive criteria ware those articles of repetitive study and individual case report. DATA EXTRACTION： A total of 80 articles ware searched, of them, 16 representative articles ware selected. The concept source, development and effect of quality of life in patients with cancer as wall as application in cancer patients ware explored in these articles, respectively. DATA SYNTHESIS： ①Assessment of quality of life： Concept, content, history, scale, application and prospect＇of quality of life ware introduced. Quality of life included somatic function, emotional or mental function, social function, the disease, symptom and body sign due to treatment, economic condition and so on. A qualified quality of life scale could not only reflect the quality and quantity of life, disease, therapy scheme, influence of patients＇ expectation on quality of life, cost, but also some objective indexes such as physiology, function, society and so on. ②Assessment of postoperative qualit
