摘  要:借助扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射研究了玻璃熔窑池壁用熔铸Al2O3–ZrO2–SiO2(AZS)大砖蚀变后残砖的显微结构变化。在玻璃液?砖间界面后形成了一厚度<1mm的蚀变层,而在25mm的厚度层内显微结构变化不大。蚀变层液相基质吸收了较多的Na2O,CaO,K2O,共晶体的刚玉基晶完全溶解并生成霞石。共晶中的细晶斜锆石呈分散状晶体分布于液相基质中,意味着斜锆石不易溶解。展示了一些新生相的细微形貌特征。Microstructural changes of a fusion cast Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2 (AZS) block taken from the side wall of a glass tank furnace were studied by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. A corroded layer of thickness 〈1 mm below the glass-block interface was formed, but the microstructure at a depth of 25 mm in the AZS block only has a little change. In the corroded layer, more Na2O, CaO, K2O penetrated into the liquid phase and the corundum matrix crystals of the eutectic solved completely, resulting in the formation of nepheline. The small grains of baddeleyite in the eutectic existed as discrete zirconia crystals distributed in a liquid matrix, which illustrated the non-solubility of baddeleyite. Some detailed morphological characterizations of new phases are shown.
