摘　　要：介绍了入世后政府管理部门制定产业政策的基本指导思想,并通过对弱肉强食模型的分析,探讨了政府管理部门制定产业政策的基本指导思想的合理性。This paper introduces the basic guiding thought of the industrial policy made by the governmental administrative departments after the WTO entry, and through the analysis on the model of the jungle, probes into the rationality of the basic guiding thought of the industrial policy made by the governmental administrative departments after the WTO entry.
