摘  要:目的:探讨胸部体表O波形成的机制.方法:6对方片电极检测胸部体表阻抗变化,用波形重建获得重建心阻抗微分图,对比正常组和异常组的O波幅度,用阻抗变化叠加原理分析胸部体表O波形成的机制.结果:胸部体表O波是重建心阻抗微分图的血管分量O波和心室分量O波叠加而成的;在心功能正常的情况下,体表O波以心室分量O波为主;在心功能不全的情况下,当血管分量O波大于心室分量O波时,体表O波中以血管分量O波为主.结论:血管分量PL′,PR′的O/C比值可以用于评价左室舒张功能.AIM: To investigate the formation mechanism of O wave on the chest surface. METHODS:Impedance changes on thoracic surface were measured by 6-pair rectangular electrodes, and the reconstructed impedance differential cardiography was got by wave reconstruction. O wave amplitudes of normal and abnormal groups are compared. The formation mechanism of O wave on thoracic surface was analyzed by superposition principle of impedance change. RESULTS: O wave of thoracic surface was superposition of O waves of blood components and ventricular components on reconstructed impedance differential cardiography. If heart function was normal, O waves of ventricular components would be major in O wave on surface; If heart function was unusual and O waves of blood components were more than O waves of ventricular components, O waves of blood components would be major in O wave of surface. CONCLUSION: O/C ratio of blood components PL' and PR' can be used to estimate the left ventricular diastolic function.
