消瘤颗粒中丹皮酚的提取及其β-环糊精包合物的制备研究

摘　　要：目的优选消瘤颗粒中丹皮酚的提取及包合的最佳工艺。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取丹皮酚,用β-环糊精饱和水溶液法包合丹皮酚,并用正交试验法进行工艺筛选。结果丹皮酚最佳提取工艺为采用牡丹皮粗粉,加入氯化钠10g,温浸1h,收集12倍蒸馏液;丹皮酚最佳包合工艺是,丹皮酚与β-环糊精的比例为1∶12,包合时间为2．0h,包合温度为50℃。结论确定了丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺和包合工艺。Objective To optimize the conditions of technological process for extraction of paeonol and preparation of β-CD inclusion compound in Xiaoliu granules. Methods Steam distillation method was adopted to extract paeonol and saturated water solution method was adopted to achieve inclusion and orthogonal experimental method was used to screen the technological process. Results The optimum extracting condition of paeonol was as follows： Moutan bark coarse powder,adding NaCl 10 g,warmly dipping 1 h, collecting twelve times amount of distillation liquid. The optimum inclusion condition of paeonol was paeonol： β- CD in proportion as 1 ： 12, inclusion time 2. 0 h and keeping temperature 50℃. Conclusion The optimum condition of technological process for the extraction of paeonol and the preparation of inclusion is confirmed.
