摘　　要：运用概率统计的方法,研究了不完全信息下投标企业的工程量投标报价模型。该模型考虑了投标企业的清单子项成本函数分布、竞标成功的概率等因素,通过对模型解的分析得出投标企业的最优投标报价策略,最后用案例说明了该方法的合理性及可操作性。This paper analyzes the bidding model of bill of quantities of project tender company with incomplete information in the bidding market, by using statistical methods. The model considers many factors, such as the cost distribution bill of quantities of tender company, the probabilities of winning of the tender company and so on. This paper concludes the optimal strategy of bidding company by analyzing the value of the equation. At last, a simple example is presented.
