摘　　要：介绍针对电网电压/谐波监测系统设计开发的一个管理信息系统。系统由仪表数据远程通信、数据处理、数据库、报表输出等几个主要的功能模块构成。仪表数据远程通信方式采用GPRS。该系统采用VB作为开发平台和ADO数据引擎设计标准,并结合ACCESS进行数据库管理。This paper introduces a management information system designed for monitoring voltage and harmonics in power supply system. The system consists of several functional models, such as data communication, data processing, database and report output. The mode of data communication between the instruments and the sever is GPRS. Visual Basic and ADO data engine are used as the development environment, and the ACCESS database is used for database management.
