苡仁痛风方治疗原发性急性痛风疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：提要为评价苡仁痛风方治疗原发性急性痛风的疗效和安全性。随机将70例原发性急性痛风患者分为两组,试验组和对照组各35例,进行治疗和比较,疗程为28天,共有67例完成了试验(试验组34例,对照组33例)。结果与用药前相比,试验组的尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶、空腹血浆胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、甘油三脂、胆固醇、脂蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白下降和高密度脂蛋白升高均有统计学意义。试验过程中两组均未出现不良反应。表明该方治疗原发性急性痛风具有很好的疗效和安全性。In order to study the security and therapeutic effect of 'YIER TONGFENG FANG'( YTF, a TCD prescription to treat AGA) on primary acute gouty arthritis (PAGA), 70 cases of PAGA were randomly divided into the treated and control groups averagely, which were treated by YTF and by routine drugs for 28 days, respectively; The effect of the two groups was compared. There were 67 cases completed the study (the trial 34 cases, the control 33 cases) , no case had a untoward effect, through the statistical analyses, the results showed that the treated group had an advantage over the control in the uric - acid concentration and triglyceride and cholesterol and so on of blood (p < 0.05), suggesting that YTF has a significant function and security to treat PAGA.
