摘  要:目的观察大鼠趋化素样因子1(rCKLF1)的mRNA在支气管哮喘大鼠肺组织的表达。方法将30只SD大鼠分为对照组(N组)及哮喘组,根据激发时间(1d、3d、7d、14d)不同将哮喘组分为A、B、C、D4组。哮喘激发后取右肺中叶提取组织总RNA。逆转录后行实时荧光定量PCR。了解rCKLF1mRNA的表达。结果rCKLF1在哮喘大鼠的肺组织中表达上调,并呈动态变化,7d达峰值,为正常的12.2倍。结论CKLF1与哮喘的病理生理过程有关。Objective : To investigate the expression of chemokine-like factor1 (CKLF1) mRNA in asthmatic rat . Methods; 30 SD rats were divided into an asthmatic group and a control group (group N) ,and then the asthmatic group was subdivided into group A,B,C,D based on the time of challenge (1, 3,7,14days). The middle lobe of right lung was used for RNA preparation at different time points after challenging . After RT ,real-time poly merase chain reaction amplification was performed to assess the expression of rCKLF1. Results ; The gene expression of rCKLF1 at mRNA level in the lungs of asthmatic guoups was significantly increased compared with the control group and showed developing change,the mRNA expression of 7days rats were the highest. Conclusion : it is possible that CKLF1 contributes to the pathophysiological process and need to be further investigated.
