摘  要:目的探讨红曲复方制剂对血脂调节功能的影响。方法采用脂代谢紊乱法—预防性给受试样品,将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组受试物高剂量(0.47g/kg)、中剂量(0.23g/kg)、低剂量(0.12g/kg)3个剂量组,另设一个高脂模型对照组和一个基础饲料对照组。给大鼠连续灌胃30d后进行血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇各项指标测定,观察红曲复方制剂对血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的调节作用。结果红曲复方制剂各剂量组血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯均低于高脂模型对照组(P<0.05)。各剂量组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与高脂模型对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论红曲复方制剂有辅助降血脂作用。Objective :To explore the regulating effect of the monascus compound on blood lipids in rats. Methods:With the method of blood iipids metabilism disorder model in rat, 50 healthy male SD rats were divided into five groups, namely common control group, high-lipid model, high-dose, middle dose, low-dose groups. Rats in the high-lipid model, high-dose, middle dose, low-dose groups were fed with high fat forage, while those in the common control group were fed with common forage. The monascus compound was given through stomach perfusion to the high, middle, and low-dose groups once a day , while the same volume of distilled water was given to the high lipid model group and common control group . After rats were given the monascus compound for 30 days, the total cholesterol(Tch), trlglyceride (TG) levels, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLc)were measured to assess the regulation effect . Results, The Tch and TG levels in the monascus compound group were obviously tower than those in the high-lipid model group respectively (P〈0.05). But HDLc level showed no difference between the monascus compound group and in the high-lipid model group (P〉 0. 05). Conclusion: The monascus compound has an adjusting effect on blood lipids in rats.
