摘 要:介绍了鄂庄煤炭地下气化的“一炉多孔”气化炉结构,及其所进行的各种气化工艺。研究了气化炉在4年运行过程中的煤气组分、煤气热值的变化规律。分析了煤气组分的产生情况以及气化炉的优缺点和改进措施。结果表明“一炉多孔”气化炉具备灵活性,可以实施多种气化工艺改进煤气热值,但具有不稳定性。The structure of the 'one stove with multi holes' gasifier and various gasification processes in underground coal gasification in E'zhuang coal mine are introduced.The change rule of gas constituents and its heating value are studied during 4 years of running of the gasifier.The production of gas constituents and the advantiges and disadvantages of the gasifier are also analyzed and improving measurements are put forward.The study results shows that the 'one stove with multiholes' gasifier has flexibility,it can implement various gasification process to improve heating value of coal gas but it has instability.
