摘　　要：利用螺母动摩擦扭紧力矩与锚杆预紧轴向力呈现一定的线性关系的原理,通过测量扭紧力矩实现锚杆预紧力的间接测量,采用超低功耗MSP430单片机以及外围电路制作成适合煤矿井下使用的本质安全型矿用便携式锚杆测力仪,通过实验证明,其测量精度可以满足工程上需要。Based on the principle of the linear relation between nut kinetic frictional tightening torque and axial pre - tightening force of anchor stem which is indirectly measured through measuring the tightening torque, the intrinsically safe portable dynamometer for anchor stem in mine is developed with the ultralow - power MSP430 serial SCM and peripheral circuit. The measuring precision which can meet with the request in project is demonstrated by experimental results.
