摘　　要：列举了外啮合齿轮泵在工作过程中出现的常见故障,详细地分析了故障产生的原因,具体介绍了故障消除办法,为操作工处理齿轮泵故障提供了便利,并指出了要加强齿轮泵日常管理维护,减少泵不必要的损坏。The common block of the outside engage gear pump in the moving process has arose is enumerated, analyses detailedly the reason that the block come into, introduces concretely the block removing the means, supplies facilitates for operation workman handle the outside engage gear pump block. Moreover points out that it should strengthen the everyday protection administration of gear pump, decreases the pump dispensable breakdown.
