摘  要:煤气发生炉加煤机轴密封采用传统简单的压盖填料密封,由于受发生炉炉温、机械振动、磨损等因素的影响,无法满足理想的密封周期和达到阻止流体泄漏目的。一直以来,技术人员尝试利用各种办法使之得到改进,但收效甚微;迷宫锥型套密封技术通过改变密封填料函的结构,有效地解决了加煤机轴密封技术问题。The shaft seal of coal feeder for gas generator uses traditional and simple seal of cover and filling, The seal doesn' t have ideal life and can not prevent fluid from leak because of the effect of inner temperature and mechanical vibration as well as wear of parts. Technicians tried to change the condition by every means but the result is not satisfactory, The labyrinth seal of taper bush changes the structure of the sealing cavity so that solves the seal problem of the feeder effectively.
