摘　　要：国民经济的持续、快速、协调发展,关键是要在经济增长方式的转变过程中,把加快产业结构的调整和优化作为主要途径。特别是要创新发展以高新技术为特征的现代装备制造业作为突破口,加快我国的技术进步与自主创新进程,努力造就出一大批高素质的劳动者和创新型人才,这是实现我国国民经济在更高阶段上持续发展的重要保证,也是加快实现全面建设小康社会和逐步实现我国国民经济现代化的重要条件。In order to prompt the sustainable, rapid and coordinative development of national economy, we must speed up the adjustment and rationalization of industry structure in the course of changing economic growth mode. At the same time, we must innovate and develop the modern equipment manufacturing industry with the features of high technology to speed up the course of technological progress and innovation. Cultivating enough talented persons with extraordinary ability is the important condition to ensure the sustainable development of national economy on a higher stage and construct the comfortably-off society in an all-round way.
