摘  要:为了节省活性污泥法污水处理的运行费用,降低供氧能耗,通过小试试验研究低溶解氧丝状菌污泥微膨胀节能方法.采用缺氧/好氧(A/O)工艺处理实际生活污水,溶解氧pDO维持在0.5~0.7mg·L^-1时。丝状菌污泥微膨胀状态可维持长期稳定,污泥容积指数在130~180mL·g^-1之间.低溶解氧丝状菌污泥微膨胀期间。沉淀池没有发生污泥流失,系统处理效果稳定.与pDO=2.5mg·L^-1,污泥沉降性能良好时相比,出水变得更清澈。出水悬浮物pSS低于5mg·Ls^-1;化学需氧量和总氮的去除率不受影响;在现有试验设备条件下,曝气量平均从0.75m^3·h^-1下降到0.28m^3·h^-1,曝气量节约了60%.In order to lower the cost of activated sludge wastewater treatment and reduce the energy supply, energy saving approach via filamentous sludge bulking under low DO condition was studied ments. Real domestic wastewater was treated by A/O process. Limited filamentous sludge bulking of oxygen by experistayed for a long time when PDO was controlled as 0.5-0.7 mg·L^-1. The value of Sludge Volume Index was between 130 mL·g^-1 to 180 mL·g^-1, ouring this period, the system worked well and didn't lose sludge from clarifier. Compared with the condition of PDO = 2.5 mg·L^- 1 and excellent sludge settleobility, the effluent was clearer. Suspended solids in effluent was less than 5 mg·L^-1 COD and TN removal rate was nearly as the same as usual. Areation cmsumption decreased, from 0.75 m^3·h^-1 to 0.28 m^3·h^-1, and about 60 % of it was saved.
